Project Summary

The FELLOWSHIP project aims to enhance the awareness, knowledge, skills, and competences of youth by engaging them in game-based learning (GBL) processes and methodologies facilitated by youth workers. The primary focus is on empowering youth to improve their emotional intelligence skills, thereby contributing to social development. Gamebased learning is utilized as it provides increased motivation, generates interest in specific topics, offers multiple representations, and fosters an open-ended approach to the learning process.

The activities within the FELLOWSHIP project include: Development of a database and e-handbook to measure the attitudes and knowledge levels of youth and youth workers. Creation of an Outdoor Games Guide aimed at promoting the advantages of emotional intelligence. Design of a Board Game focused on improving emotional intelligence skills.

Development of a Digital/Serious Game centered on conversation flashcards. Implementation of a training program for youth workers to familiarize them with the FELLOWSHIP GBL resources. Delivery of training sessions for youth utilizing the FELLOWSHIP GBL resources. ·Dissemination and communication activities to raise awareness about the project and its outcomes. Evaluation and impact measuring activities to assess the effectiveness of the project’s interventions.
