Project Summary
The Job4Dis project aims to create an employment guidance model tailored to the current needs of people with disabilities (PWD) in the labor market, particularly in light of the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The project seeks to raise awareness and promote a paradigm shift in employment guidance processes for PWD, focusing on identifying the most suitable guidance models based on the type of disability and fostering collaboration between public administrations, employers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the quality integration of PWD into the workforce.
The activities of the Job4Dis project include organizing two transnational meetings in two consortium member countries. The first meeting will occur after the completion of Work Package 1, which involves conducting surveys and creating a comparative table of existing career guidance models for PWD. During this meeting, the consortium will plan the content of the “Job4Dis” manual, which constitutes Work Package 2 of the project.
The second transnational meeting will be held to conclude the project and evaluate the results obtained. Additionally, the project will organize events in each participating country to present the project results to the relevant community stakeholders, thereby facilitating knowledge dissemination and fostering collaboration.
