Timeline
Since its establishment in Veria, Greece, EQUALINE has steadily grown from a local initiative into a dynamic, internationally active organization. Starting with a small but passionate team, we gradually expanded our reach by participating in national and European programs focused on education, youth, culture, and social inclusion. Within just a few years, we evolved from project participants to project coordinators, leading innovative initiatives across Europe.

Establishment
EQUALINE was officially founded in Veria, Greece, as a non-profit organization committed to promoting equality, social inclusion, education, and cultural development. Built on a strong vision of solidarity and human rights, the organization began its journey with a small, dedicated team focused on community empowerment and EU cooperation.

Expansion
By 2023, EQUALINE had already participated in approximately 10 EU-funded projects, both as a coordinator and partner. This year marked a phase of active growth, as the NGO strengthened its team, formed new international collaborations, and began shaping its role as a key player in the fields of youth empowerment, education, and cultural inclusion across Europe.

Impact
With around 35 completed or ongoing projects, EQUALINE entered a stage of high impact and visibility in 2025. The organization has become a trusted coordinator and reliable partner in large-scale initiatives across Europe, continuously developing tools, training, and programs that address real social challenges and promote inclusion, skills development, and active citizenship.
