The main objective of the ReBOOTCAMP project is to address youth unemployment by enhancing the ICT skills of young people, especially in response to the increasing demand for digital experts across Europe. The project aims to reduce the skills gap by providing comprehensive ICT education, focusing on digital literacy, coding, and other relevant IT skills through innovative training methods, such as boot camps. Specific objectives include:
- Developing a curriculum and learning materials for youth workers to enhance their ability to train young people.
- Establishing an Open Educational Platform (OER) to make these educational resources widely accessible.
- Organizing Real IT Bootcamps to train youth workers and support young people, especially those at risk of social exclusion (e.g., NEETs – Not in Employment, Education, or Training)
